Installation Guide

Tools Required

• Spray bottle
• Water
• A few drops of dishwashing liquid
• Microfibre cloth
• Plastic squeegee (or credit card wrapped in a soft cloth)
• Masking tape

Step 1 – Clean the Glass

Thoroughly clean the outside of the rear window.

Remove:

• Dirt
• Wax
• Silicone
• Road grime

The glass must be completely clean before installation.

Step 2 – Position the Banner

Hold the decal against the window.

Use masking tape to temporarily secure it and check:

• It's centred
• It's level
• You're happy with the position

Step 3 – Wet the Window

Fill a spray bottle with clean water and add 2–3 drops of dishwashing liquid.

Spray the window lightly.

This allows you to reposition the decal before it sticks permanently.

Step 4 – Apply the Vinyl

Remove the backing paper carefully.

Avoid touching the adhesive.

Place the decal onto the wet glass.

Slide it gently into the final position.

Step 5 – Remove Water

Using a squeegee, work from the centre outwards.

Push all air bubbles and water towards the edges.

Take your time for the best finish.

Step 6 – Allow to Cure

Leave the application tape in place for 15–30 minutes, depending on the temperature.

Slowly peel the application tape back at a 180° angle.

If any part of the decal lifts, press it back down and wait a little longer before trying again.

Step 7 – Final Inspection

Remove any remaining moisture with a clean microfibre cloth.

Small bubbles may disappear over the next 24–48 hours as the adhesive fully bonds.

Care Instructions

• Do not wash the vehicle for 24 hours after installation.
• Avoid pressure washing directly on the edges.
• Hand washing is recommended.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners or blades on the decal.
