Returns & Refund Policy

At Get Mounted, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, we’ll work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.


Change of Mind Returns

We accept change of mind returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in original condition

  • All original packaging and accessories are included

  • The item has not been installed, modified, or damaged

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change of mind returns.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, an approved refund will be processed to the original payment method.


Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging

If the product is confirmed to be faulty or damaged, Get Mounted will provide a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Used or installed products

  • Products damaged through misuse or improper installation

  • Clearance or final sale items (where stated)


Refund Processing

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.


Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
