Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Shipping times depend on your location and the carrier. Metro areas generally arrive faster, while regional and remote areas may take longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details where available.

Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout. Get Mounted is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the packaging and item so we can help resolve it.
