Returns & Refund Policy

At GetMounted, we stand behind the quality of our products and aim to make every purchase simple, reliable, and stress-free. Our Returns & Refund Policy complies with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to meet acceptable quality standards and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind, we may accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in original condition
  • All packaging, accessories, and hardware are included
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Change of mind returns may be subject to a return shipping cost and/or restocking fee where applicable.

For hygiene, custom-made, clearance, or modified items, change of mind returns may not be accepted.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Once assessed, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change of mind returns
  • If the product is faulty or incorrect, we will cover return shipping costs

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 3–10 business days for funds to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
